As a Senior Designer, you will be leading the direction for Womenswear Print and be accountable for your own styles for inclusion in various ranges, that represent key trends and drive commercial results. We are looking for a passionate Established Graphic Designer or Senior Designer with a strong creative flair to join our Kidswear clothing design team. The candidate should be able to push the boundaries with their design skills to help us stay ahead of the game. Utilising your broad market knowledge and customer awareness alongside thorough understanding of the River Island brand to add input and influence ideas across the Kidswear Print Department. Delivering directional Kids fashion prints for use across clothing and accessories. Experience in all over fashion print. Driving development that address key trends and opportunities. Ensure your designs reflect our brand values and Womenswear customer. Support the wider design team as well as managing your own designs and workflow. Confidently present your designs to the Senior management team. Highly versatile with your handwriting. Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are essential. A number of years design experience, ideally in a multichannel fashion environment or supplier Ideally operating at or close to Senior Designer level Passionate about fashion and design. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering projects on time. Ambitious, keen and willing to learn. Work effectively on your own initiative as well as part of a team. A team player who’s happy assisting colleagues by completing tasks outside their own job role if/when required. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to think quickly, plan and organise your tasks. Communicate clearly, accurately and confidently. High level of attention to detail.
